Billing questions
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Your first payment can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. Read the full refund policy.
Is there a free trial?
No, but a free account opens 10 hooks a week, so you can try the library before paying.
What does “founding member” mean?
Checkout isn’t switched on yet. Founding members are the people on the list when it opens: we’ll email you once, that day. Past Viralhooks buyers are founding members too and keep free lifetime access.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Change or cancel your plan from your account page, or email us and we’ll help.
