These terms are the deal between you and Viralhooks (“we”, “us”) when you use useviralhooks.com. We’ve kept them short and in plain English. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. What Viralhooks is

Viralhooks is a library of short-form video hooks: the opening lines of public Instagram Reels and TikTok videos, with tags, the public view, like and comment counts we captured, a short transcript excerpt, a link to the original post and an AI-written note on why the hook may have worked. We add new hooks regularly.

2. Accounts

• You need an account to subscribe. Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in secure.
• One account is for one person. Please don’t share your login or resell access.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that’s higher.

3. Plans and billing

• Subscriptions are $30 a month or $199 a year (USD), plus any sales tax or VAT added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles tax. We never see your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• If we ever change the price, we’ll tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
• People who bought Viralhooks before October 2026 keep free lifetime access as founding members.

4. How you can use the library

• Use hooks, templates and notes as inspiration for your own content. Rewording a hook pattern for your own topic is exactly what it’s for.
• Don’t copy other creators’ videos, voices or likeness. The videos belong to the people who made them; we only link to them.
• Don’t scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell the library, or use it to build a competing database.
• Don’t try to get around access limits or break the site.

5. No promises about results

View counts are the public numbers at the time we captured them, and can change. The “why it works” notes are written by AI and can be wrong. Using a hook from the library doesn’t guarantee views, followers or sales. The service is provided “as is”.

6. Creators and takedown requests

We only store a link to the original post, public numbers, a short excerpt and our own analysis. We never re-host creators’ videos. If you’re the creator of a video in the library and want it removed, email hello@useviralhooks.com with the link to your post and, if you can, the library link. We’ll remove it within 48 hours and won’t add it again.

7. Ending access

You can stop using Viralhooks and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms (for example, scraping or sharing logins). If we close the service, we’ll give you notice and refund any unused part of a prepaid period.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll email subscribers before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
